About us

Plyworx UK was established in 2017 by product design engineer Simon Burgess who has almost 25 years experience working within design teams for leading manufacturing companies such as Princess Yachts PLC, where as lead CAD designer he oversaw interior design work on a 35m superyacht.  10 Years were also spent as design manager for one of the UK’s leading providers of custom signage and exhibition manufacture.

Simon’s passion is to integrate years of experience in product and graphical design, combined with state of the art manufacturing equipment to produce quality, precision products for professional campervan convertors and self build enthusiasts.  Over the years Simon has converted many vans for himself to enjoy with his family.
